Billing Terms & Conditions
Delineations
Dealer refers to the website proprietor – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
Buyer refers to the person or association placing the order.
Goods or services refers to the product (s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the dealer.
Payment
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment isn’t entered or the payment system is declined the order won’t be placed for the products and no particulars will be packed. The buyer forfeits the power of any particulars due to remittent. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal as a form of payment.

Shipping Programs.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the quantum calculated by the dealer at the time of purchase. However, the total cost of the item including shipping, will be reimbursed to the buyer by the dealer, If an item is lost during shipping. Shipping costs may increase if shipping internationally or on rush orders. Offer for Free Shipping in the USA doesn’t apply to any orders packed outside of the USA. Fresh shipping will be charged for orders packed outside of USA. However, dealer won’t be held responsible, If an item is damaged during shipping. The dealer will take all reasonable way to insure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or accoutrements it supplies the buyer.

Refund/ Return Policy
Particulars are entitled to be reimbursed or retuned if the buyer notifies the dealer within 30 days of the date of purchase. The buyer must communicate the dealer by Support@Tuafacefitness.com or through the client account runner on the website where a return can be reused. Not all wares is returnable. Shipping charges incurred for returned wares is the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellation
An order may be cancelled up until payment has been reused. Once the payment is reused, the buyer is responsible for the payment.

Any complaints about particulars or the dealer should be submitted to our support platoon.

There’s no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at collectively and the dealer will be in contact.
Legalities
The dealer isn’t responsible for any health or safety enterprises once the buyer has entered the goods or services. However, the dealer shares no responsibility, If any detriment is incurred from the particulars bought by the buyer. Any disagreement arising out of similar use of the website is subject to the laws of the point proprietor’s state.
