SHIPPING POLICY

• We offer free shipping to all locations within the United States. if your order is over $100. All Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. If your order is under $100, the shipping cost is $9.50 for First Class shipments.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

• We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of ordering and be shipped 3-5 Business Days

 

• USA: Order Processing 1-2 Business Days And Shipping 3-5 Business Days

• International: Order Processing 1-2 Business Days And Shipping 3-5 Business Days

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

• A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipping day, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@tuafacefitness.com.

TRACKING

• As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement and you may need to place the order again.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• International orders are fulfilled through Shopify, where you can choose your shipping method based on what is available in your area (UPS or DHL) shipping rates will vary.

 

• All International orders are subject to additional monetary duties and fees upon delivery of your order. TUA Face Fitness is not aware of what the duties and fees are before your order arrives to you. International orders cannot be left at the door as the duties and fees need to be collected before your package is turned over to you.
