Refund Policy
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
At TUA Face Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with the following conditions:
1. Full Refund for Unopened Items: (Within 7 days)
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, sealed, unused and in its original packaging and unused within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. The item must be in saleable condition. A few things to keep in mind. Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued. You must let us know within 7 days of the date of your delivery or we will not be able to accept your refund request. No exceptions.
2. Partial Refund for Used Items: (Within 30 days)
- If you have used the item and wish to return it within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, a refund will be issued with a 25% return fee deducted from the original payment. A few things to keep in mind. You must let us know within 30 days of the date of your delivery or we will not be able to accept your refund request. No exceptions.
After (30) days, all TUA devices and their accessories are final and no refunds will be issued.
If the shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may either request a full refund for the product(s) ordered, OR we can reship the order with no additional fee. **This does not apply to Refused Packages. Please see the Refused Packages section below:
3. Shipping Fees:
- Please note that all refunds will incur a deduction for shipping fees.
4. To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:
- All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by TUA Face Fitness.
- Email us at: support@tuafacefitness.com, or text us at: (323) 642-8488 with your order number and details of the item being returned.
- We will provide you an RA# (return authorization number) and return instructions.
- We do not process return requests by phone call or voice message.
5. Return Process:
- Carefully pack the item to prevent damage during shipping.
- Use a trackable shipping method to return the item.
- Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.

- We are unable to provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
6. Refund Processing:
- We will initiate your refund as soon as we receive your package back to our warehouse. Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product. Once a return is processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your method of payment.
