Refund Policy

  • Our products carry a 30 day money back guarantee for all TUA devices only and not the Glo Care, skincare products.
  • Please email our Customer Service Department at to arrange your return and issuance of an RMA (return authorization number) and return instructions. You may also contact Customer Service if you are unsatisfied with your product at (323) 642-8488.
  • We determine your 30 day time frame by verifying the date of delivery. We ask that you ship the returned product back using a traceable method of shipping. Upon receipt, we will issue either a full refund or ship your replacement product as applicable.
  • Returns initiated outside the 30 days will not be accepted. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
